Are your Puffco and Dr. Dabber products authentic?
Yes. Every device, chamber and accessory we sell is genuine and sourced through legitimate channels. We do not stock replicas.
What is the Baller Fridge?
It is our own product: a portable rechargeable refrigerator we designed in 2023 for keeping concentrates cool at home or on the move, with a swappable battery and digital Fahrenheit control.
Will a 3DXL chamber fit my original Peak?
No. The 3DXL is a Peak Pro part. The original Peak uses its own atomizer. Check the compatibility guide if you are unsure which device you own.
Do you help with compatibility before I buy?
Yes. Review the product details and compatibility guide for the device and accessory combination you are considering.
How quickly do orders ship?
One to two business days for in-stock items, with tracking sent on dispatch.
Baller Fridge
How long does the Baller Fridge run on one battery?
The Baller Fridge runs for 6–7 hours on one charge.
Can I buy a spare battery separately?
Yes. Spare rechargeable batteries are stocked as their own product so you can keep one charged and swap in seconds.
Can I use desktop mode on battery power?
No. Desktop mode can only run when the Baller Fridge is plugged into the wall; desktop mode does not run on battery power.

Are your Puffco products authentic?
Yes. Every Puffco device, chamber and accessory we sell is a genuine Puffco product.
Will a 3DXL chamber fit my original Peak?
No. The 3DXL chamber is a Peak Pro part. The original Peak uses its own atomizer.
How often should a chamber be replaced?
Chambers are consumable. With regular cleaning most people replace them when heating gets uneven or flavour drops off, often several months into heavy use.

Are Switch² and Switch GO inserts the same?
No. They are sized for their own device. Buy the insert listed for your model.
What is induction heating?
The device heats a removable insert with an electromagnetic field rather than a built-in ceramic bowl, which makes cleaning and part replacement simpler.
Dab Rite Temperature Sensor
Do I need a sensor if my device is electronic?
Not usually. Sensors matter most for torch-heated quartz, where surface temperature drops fast and timing alone is unreliable.
Bubble Bags
How many bags do I need?
A four or five bag set covers most home runs. Eight bag sets only pay off when you want fine grade separation.
What do the micron numbers mean?
Micron is the mesh opening size. Larger numbers filter coarser material, smaller numbers catch finer heads.

How often should I clean?
Quick swab after each session, deeper clean weekly for regular use.
